Proposed Change to By-laws

SECTION 1 - REGULAR MEMBERSHIP MEETINGS: Regular meetings of this Association shall be held on the second Wednesday of May and October (change red to "semi-annually"). Administration of membership matters; the election of Association officers and other such business as necessary shall be conducted at these meetings. Written notification of the meeting time, date, and location shall be mailed (change red to "sent") to the last recorded address of all members not less than two weeks prior to the date of the meeting. Additional meetings may be held at the discretion of the President and are subject to approval of the Board of Directors.
