Event Reconstruction
The re-creation of the timing and sequence of the movement of objects (people, vehicles, machine) in time and space for the purpose of analyzing an accident or other event.

Human Factors
The consideration of the psychological and physiological aspects of the interaction of the human with "his" environment. Such aspects as visual perception vs. seeing, cognition, interpretation of sensory cues, and "normal" performance under a particular set of psychological, physiological, and environmental conditions are considered. Body movements, "goodness of fit" of person to environment, perception of risk vs. safety vs. danger, and expectancy factors are also considered. Biomechanics, biodynamics, and kinematics are sub-fields of Human Factors. Design of the product of facility, as well as the appropriate interaction of the user with the product or facility are considered.
