Michael has been an active
member of TAARS since 1990, and served as Director of Region IV before being
appointed to fill an un-expired term as Secretary in 1995. He is now in
his third term as Secretary. Michael retired from the Port Arthur Police
Department in 1999 and is currently self employed. He is still an active
instructor in area Citizen's Police Academies and holds ACTAR accreditation
#271.Larry Self, Treasurer.
