Crashteams is the largest crash/accident reconstruction company in the world with experts strategically located in North America and Europe.  We are dedicated completely to the investigation and reconstruction of motor vehicle crashes. It isn’t part of our business – it is our business. Crashteams is currently looking for specialists as well as fully qualified and certified reconstructionists in all regions (United States, Canada, and Europe).

Crashteams is actively recruiting associates and partners in all locations. We are looking for both people who want be part of an already established business as associates or want to develop their own business as partners.

Associates:  Associates are people who want to be a part of an established Crashteams location.  Associates can either possess engineering or ACTAR Certifications or have been trained in accident reconstruction, and have multiple years experience in the field of accident investigation and reconstruction.

Partners:  Partners are engineers or accident reconstructionists who want to establish a strategic partnership.  These may be people who want to become a business owner or already have a private reconstruction business, and who wish to grow their business even further.  Engineering or ACTAR certifications are required within the first year of business.

Crashteams partners will be able to benefit further by complete business development support in the form of strategic marketing, regional and local marketing initiatives, report preparation, research and development, training, specialized training, software training and other benefits critical to the growth and success of partner locations.

You would be part of a comprehensive team that investigates roadway collisions.  The team includes vehicle engineers and operators, highway engineers, human factors engineers, and biomechanical engineers.

Vehicle Engineers:  determine the causes of vehicle crashes and the resulting injuries.  Minimum 10 years of practical experience with passenger or commercial vehicles, or off-road vehicles required.

Highway Engineers:  determine if there are improper roadway conditions that were a cause of a particular incident.  Minimum 10 years experience in design, construction, and maintenance phases of roadways; geometric design of facilities, maintenance and operations.

Must be fluent in both written and spoken English.  Based on sound engineering and technical analysis, must be able to defend work and opinions against opponents, with strong points of view, and in front of a potentially skeptical audience.  Poise in public speaking required.  Must be degreed and registered.
