Mission Statement
The New Berlin Police Department's mission is to protect the life and property of all people within our community. We will aggressively seek to identify and prosecute those who commit crime in our community, while impartially enforcing and following the law. We will be service oriented problem solvers to the best of our abilities. We will foster community policing, a cooperative effort between the police department, our citizens and community groups with the purpose of educating our citizens, preventing crime and improving the quality of life in New Berlin. The men and women of the police department, along with the leaders and citizens of our community, are jointly responsible for public safety. Working together, we can keep New Berlin a safe place to live, learn and work.
