Raymond Police Department's Accident Investigation Team currently consists of a three member reconstruction team with an assisting Detective.  Sergeant David Spinney is the supervisor in charge of the team with Corporal Joseph Keating and Officer Ryan Lehman as members.  Detective Tom Southwick assists the unit with interviews and evidence collection.

The Raymond Police Department is responsible for investigating all collisions that occur within its jurisdiction.  Although Route 101, a State Highway, falls under the jurisdiction of the New Hampshire State Police, Raymond Officers often investigate these crashes independently or as an assisting agency.
