The St. Joseph Police Department is a Nationally Accredited agency that is comprised of 115 Commissioned Officers and 42 Civilian Employees. The Police Department is comprised of four divisions: Administration, Patrol, Detectives, and Support Services. While each division has a different mission, each has a common goal, “To provide the best possible police service to the citizens of St. Joseph”. We strive to achieve this goal by working together as a team, from the top to the bottom.
