The Andover (MA) Police Department has a five man traffic team that response to and investigates all crashes of a serious nature. In addition to the team, two Reconstructionists are on-call 24 hours a day. The Team is comprised of Sgt. John Pathiakis, Officer Jeffrey Arleque, Officer Dan Igoe and Officer Colin Radford. Safety Officer Charles Edgerly and Officer Christopher Moore are the Andover Police Department's Reconstructionists. Andover has a population of over 33,000 residents and a daytime population of about 90,000 people. it is the fifth greatest commuter destination in the Commonwealth. Andover also has over 225 miles of roadways that are patrolled by our Agency.
