The Andover (MA) Police Department has a four man traffic team that response to and investiagtes all crashes of a serious nature. In addition to the team, a Reconstuctionist that is on-call 24 hours a day. The Team is comprised of Sgt. John Pathiakis, Officer Chuck Edgerly, Officer Dan Igoe and Officer Colin Radford. Safety Officer Bob Cronin is the Andover Police Department's Reconstructionist. Andover has a population of over 33,000 residents and a dayttime population of about 90,000 people. it is the fifth greatest comuter destination in the Commonwealth. Andover also has over 225 miles of roadways that are patrolled by our Agency.

Andover is also part of the North Eastern Massachusetts Law Enforcement Council (NEMLEC), a group of 38 cities and towns. Safety Officer Cronin will respond, when requested to these comunities to assist in Crash Reconstuction cases.
