The Moline Police Department’s Traffic Investigations Section is responsible for investigating all fatal and serious injury crashes that occur in our jurisdiction.  We also assist neighboring jurisdictions with fatal crash investigations.  Our department has three certified crash reconstruction specialists and four other officers trained through the crash reconstruction level but not yet certified.  These officers are listed below:
