The Forensic Collision Investigation unit, ICARS-SD conducts and coordinates all technical traffic accident reconstruction and crime scene forensic mapping for the Southeast District region of the province of British Columbia.  

The primary functions include commercial vehicle, Serious and Fatal Collisions and any other event which may have criminality.
