ARC-CSI - The Next Crash Conference

With the success of the first ARC-CSI Crash Conference, we have been receiving many emails asking when our next conference will be. We have already started the preliminary planning. Please note that all dates and locations are tentative at this point.

We are planning to host the conference in Las Vegas, NV at one of the quality hotels on "the strip". We are looking at the first or second week in June, 2003. We are planning a 4-day conference starting on Monday and ending on Thursday.

Some of the topics we are considering are:

  • Low-speed Biomechanics
  • High-speed Biomechanics
  • Airborne Vehicles
  • EDR (Ford Motor Company)
  • Crash Test Dummy/Human Comparisons (a continuation from the data we collected at the first ARC-CSI Crash Conference)
  • Commercial Trucks Under-ride
  • Commercial Trucks (braking)

One day will be a field day of live crash testing.
