INTRODUCTION

Welcome to the June/July Issue of the Accident Reconstruction Newsletter. We are finally getting back on track after our crash conference last month in Las Vegas. We were very pleased with the entire conference. All the crash tests went smoothly and on time. Reading over the conference evaluations, it seems everybody had a really good time and was very pleased with the crash testing and speaker presentations. Everyone also liked the location of the conference. As a result, we have decided to hold next years ARC-CSI Crash Conference in Las Vegas. We have already began planning for next years conference and have put together a web site where you can get up-to-date information about next years conference as well as information on past ARC-CSI Crash Conferences - click here.

We have also just finished putting together the ARC-CSI Crash Conference 2003 CDROM. This CD contains all the crash test information from the conference in addition to all the speaker presentations. It contains videos, digital pictures, all data collected and is over 700MB! For complete details about this CD, click here.

The ARC Network continues to grow each month. Last month we set a new record, over One Million hits to the web site! Our membership base is also growing. We now have a combined membership base of over 400. Continuing with our goal of building and maintaining the best web site and organization for accident reconstruction and traffic investigation, we are continuing to add more data and more tools to our members only section. By the end of the year we should have a complete suite of tools to aid in the reconstruction and investigation of accidents. Included in the suite are an updated and more complete crush stiffness database, updated sister's and clone's database, an online equation solver, added technical papers and additional crash test video clips.

The ARC Network is able to operate and provide all its information through membership, sponsorship and advertising. Please help support the ARC Network by becoming a member. The ARC Network is the only organization that offers a combination of Expert Witness Directory listing, organization benefits, and online tools to assist with daily case requirements. We offer all of this at a fraction of the price of other directories and organizations. Our membership roster is currently over 325 individual experts, 12 organizational memberships, over 55 police departments and the top educational institutions. Top that with over one million hits to our web site each month and you have the ARC Network - the number one organization for accident reconstruction and traffic investigation
