2004 ARC-CSI Crash Conference

The ARC Network and Collision Safety Institute are proud to announce we have scheduled the 2004 ARC-CSI Crash Conference.

WHEN: June 21-24, 2004

WHERE: Palace Station Hotel & Casino, Las Vegas, NV

As an attendee of this crash conference you will witness a combination of live crash testing and educational presentations from experts in the field. All attendees are welcome to photograph and video tape all of the crash tests. All tests will be fully instrumented, documented, photographed and video taped. The information collected on every test will be included on the CDROM which will be handed out to each attendee on the closing day of the conference.

COST: The cost of this conference is $599 for non-members and $549 for ARC Network members. This price is good until May 3th, 2004. After May 3, 2004 the price will increase to $799 for non-members and $749 for ARC Network members.

The conference price includes:

All general sessions
All break-out sessions
Bus to and from crash test
Breakfast each day
Lunch Monday-Wednesday
ARC-CSI Conference Evening Reception
Access to the Hospitality Suite
Conference material
Complete conference CDROM (all presentations, and crash test data)

REGISTRATION: To register for the ARC-CSI Crash Conference, please use the printable registration form. You can either fax or mail in your completed registration form. After registering, you will also need to set up your room at the Palace Station. The ARC Network has set up a special group rate of $52 per night (Sunday-Thursday) and $89 per night (Friday and Saturday - if you plan to come early).

To receive this special rate, please be sure to identify yourself as attendee of "ARC Network" or "ARC-CSI Crash Conference". Palace Station Hotel & Casino will take reservations for the ARC Network group until May 19, 2004, after this date the hotel will take reservations on an availability basis and at prevailing hotel rate. Please note, last year the hotel was sold out!
