ECT Saves Lives With Drowsy Driver Detection Technology
Thursday December 13, 11:06 am ET

LONGUEUIL, QC--(MARKET WIRE)--Dec 13, 2007 -- Effective Control Transport, Inc. (Other OTC:EFFC.PK - News) (www.econtroltransport.com), a leading provider of global Telematics, location-based solutions which specialize in technology that monitors a driver's vigilance, today announced that its FOLO CRAM I technology with real time monitoring of a driver's level of attentiveness and drowsiness is now available worldwide within the FOLO suite platform.

ECT will begin the process of delivering on its LOI contracts in the trucking and transportation industry and continue to work towards licensing agreements with automotive suppliers of OEMs in the car and light truck industry.

"With governments around the world taking notice of our fatigue monitoring technology we will find more and more laws being passed like the one presented in Australia which will allow companies using advanced fatigue management products to log up to 12 hours driving before having to take breaks. These types of laws will help accelerate our time to market, which in turn will help save more lives," said Raphael Huppe, CEO of Effective Control Transport.

ECT is an information technology firm that has developed fully integrated solutions for trucking and fleet management along with the highest level of technical expertise which enables it to service a wide range of customers, providing tailored solutions.
