The Forensic Trio, Inc. is a Colorado Corporation owned
by Max J. Scott. The corporation specializes in the investigation and
reconstruction of civil and criminal forensic events such as motor vehicle
accidents, homicide, violent crime and personal injury.
TheForensic Trio, Inc.maintains an extensive forensic
sciences library of several thousand articles and text books, many of
which are available to clients. In addition, numerous texts and articles
may be obtained in a "summary" format. Accident and forensic event reconstruction
programs are utilized in the preparation of case work. Several on-line
databases permit immediate accessibility to up-to-date information.
Mr. Scott has over 30 years experience performing forensic investigation,
and has testified in more than 500 cases as an expert witness in municipal,
county and state district courts, U.S. district courts, and a U.S. military
court martial. Mr. Scott's experience includes investigation and/or
reconstruction of over 3,200 personal injury and criminal cases, 1,300
of which involved fatalities. Mr. Scott's expertise is motor vehicle
accident reconstruction, homicide and violent crime scene reconstruction,
and photogrammetry (reconstruction from photographs).
The Forensic Trio, Inc. takes its name from the three
interacting participants of any forensic event. The trio participants
are the Scene, the Evidence and the Witnesses. The trio interacts with
each other, thus the logo "something taken, something left". Clients
of The Forensic Trio, Inc. are law firms or those parties
related to a forensic event.
