Investigated and reconstructed major injury and death traffic accidents to seek out and document latent contributory factors; conducted investigations and rendered opinions for the L.A. City Attorney's office and L.A. County District Attorney's office For criminal and civil litigations.

Central Traffic Division - Traffic Accident Investigator 1975 - 1989

Investigated and reported approximately 15,000 traffic accidents; evaluated engineering designs and rendered suggestions for adequate traffic controls; evaluated existing California Vehicle Code sections; and rendered suggestions for new legislation.

Training Officer - Trained new officers in accident investigation.
