Inc. The Education portion of WeCARE offers training and education in the field
of Collision Investigation and Reconstruction. Through our instructors, WeCARE
is affiliated with Los Medanos College and Contra Costa County Office of the
Sheriff, Law Enforcement Training Center in Pittsburg, CA. WeCARE also co-hosts
training with other Police Agencies and the California Association of Accident
Reconstruction Specialists (CAARS). Our advanced training programs meet the
guidelines established by POST and ACTAR.
Courses
 WeCARE
offers a variety of traffic collision courses from the basics through advanced
reconstruction. We also design specialized training seminars and courses for
Law Enforcement Agencies, Insurance Companies, Law Firms, Professional Associations
